I couldn't recommend Sydney hot water and gas enough.We had previously had a very negative experience with another plumber.Phil came and replaced our hot water tank, did an excellent job and ran us through everything that the previous plumbers had done wrong.I offered Phil $50 on top of the invoiced amount in appreciation of the time he took to help us understand the work that was quoted by the other dodgy plumbers. He refused to take that $50, which I thought was very admirable.Great experience all round.

We had a leaking hot water system that needed urgent repairing. We called Sydney Plumbing Hot Water on a Saturday morning and they were at our property within an hour to assess the issue and within a few hours a replacement hot water system was installed. Taner who attended our property was efficient, friendly and honest which is always qualities you look for in a good tradesperson. After a bit of a Google search I found Sydney Plumbing Hot Water, called them and explained the situation. They turned up on the same day with another unit. We used Sydney Plumbing Hot Water to replace our very old Gas Hot water heater. As this invoicing removing an existing inside heater and replacing it with a model that goes outside, that came out to have a look as in was not a quick replace. They came out looked at the job, quoted and then arranged to have the job done then and there. No wait time. The work was efficient, the men polite and respectful.
