After a bit of a Google search I found Sydney Plumbing Hot Water, called them and explained the situation. They turned up on the same day with another unit. I am house sitting and the hot water stopped working after a black out. Sydney plumbing helped me with the issue over the phone as it was a relatively simple fix. They could have sent someone and charged me but they chose to help me instead for free. This is the kind of integrity you need in a company. I would recommend for this reason alone.

We used Sydney Plumbing Hot Water to replace our very old Gas Hot water heater. As this invoicing removing an existing inside heater and replacing it with a model that goes outside, that came out to have a look as in was not a quick replace.
